Returns:
We accept returns within six months from the date of purchase if there’s a reasonable reason. However, to be eligible for a return, the bar code of your item containing box must be preserved in the same condition that you received it. However, the product must not show any sign of physical forces like a fall or immersion in water (when applicable). Furthermore, the customer is supposed to send it to our showroom in registered post (along with your bank account details in writing), and the postal charges should be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account which is likely to be complete within 05 working days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Exchanges
We usually send items to you in factory sealed packs. Therefore, we do not expect to provide product exchange facilities unless mentioned otherwise.
